Suikoden II
It is a half-bird, half-man enemy. It has an attack where it grabs the body of its target with both feet and carries it away so that it can't participate in the battle. It appears to be a stronger version of the Eagle Man that appears in the Kobold Forest, and a weaker version of the SkyKnight that appears in the same area later on in the game. It does a physical mid-range attack against one party member, or a mid-range attack that has a 70% chance of carrying one party member away.
