After successfully making the Tribe of Furious Roar as an allies and recruiting Muro and Balsam, put Muro in your party then head to Grayridge Mine and go to the Lowest Floor by taking the lift. Go to the west and take the first south path and go to the south west part of the mine and you will find a ladder. Go up on the ladder to enter the Mount Svatgol. Follow the path to the east then south and you will find Gorno.
Note: The monster on Grayridge Mine are really tough, specially the Winged Crab and the Fanged Silkmoth. You might want to recruit him later.
