Fortune was the sixth limited hoverboard in Subway Surfers.
This was a limited edition hoverboard, which was introduced in . However, it was changed to the Kitty Hoverboard in the 1.10.3 version (also ). If you bought Fortune before the update, it still becomes the Kitty Hoverboard.
Appearance
The hoverboard has a picture of the Japanese flag (or flag of the rising sun) on it.
Trivia
- This is the first item and so far only Hoverboard that has been removed from the game and to never come back again.
- The flag shown is controversial in parts of East Asia due to the flag's significant usage as a symbol of Japanese imperialism during the Second World War, which is likely the reason for the removal of the board and the redesign of buildings with the flag design on them, going from red to blue, in the minor update for .
- The hoverboard is actually a reference to a hoverboard from one of Griff Tannen's gang members from Back to the Future: Part II.
- You can get this hoverboard if you download a 2013 APK and backup your data to it.
