Personal history
Ulish is well known for his aggressive bargaining style. He does not refrain from altering treaties retroactively to his advantage. He has had dealings with the Deferi in the past and violated their sense of fairness.
Missions involved
- “Trade Deal”: Lt. Com. Brocal invited him to trade negotiations to Starbase 39 along with representatives from the Rigelians and Deferi. Ulish conspires with an anonymous Yridian to sabotage the meeting. To that end he altered an agreement of the tariff on Deferi Memto Spice, to manipulate Ambassador Surah into bursting the negotiations.
