The Mirror Chief is a Captain-level Terran Empire ground boss. They are armed with a Phaser Assault Minigun and stand out from other Terran ground forces with a red-and-black-shouldered, gray Admiral Jacket.
Mirror Chiefs have no special abilities to set them apart from other ground troops.

Missions previously encountered
The following missions contained a Mirror Chief, but have since been removed from the game;
- “Tear of the Prophets”: Captain Shelly of the I.S.S. Liebig enters the prime universe to obtain the stolen Orb of Possibilities from Gul Oran.
- “Crack in the Mirror”: James O'Brien is the leader of the Terran Empire, and also commands the I.S.S. Molly.
- “The Other Side”: In the Cave Temple on Arawath, a Mirror Chief - together with other Imperial officers - guards B'vat and the Orb of Possibilities.
- In Exploration Cluster missions in which the Terran Empire is the enemy faction, a Mirror Chief is sometimes the boss.
