Embassy Recruitment Facilities Tier I is required to purchase the Mk X kits and modules.
Embassy Recruitment Facilities Tier II is required to purchase the Mk XI kits and modules.
Embassy Recruitment Facilities Tier III is required to purchase the Mk XII kits and modules.
As with all Fleet Holdings, you can get yourself invited to a different fleet's Embassy that is already upgraded to Tier III if your own fleet is lacking that particular upgrade.
Kit Frames
These Kit Frames increase a player's Weapon Proficiency, Shield Hit Points and Kit Performance. They are all available in Mk X, Mk XI, and Mk XII. The higher Mk kits have increased quality on their modifiers.
