Sonak

Commander Sonak was a vulcan male who was to serve as the science officer of the Federation starship USS Enterprise(NCC-1701). Sonak was unable to take his post, however, as he and another officer were killed in a transporter accident aboard the Enterprise. He was succeeded as science officer by Willard Decker and Spock.
