Toxicon is a company owned by Zalgor Prigg, who is also the chairman of the Mutant League. Little is known about the legitimate business operations of this corporation, although its headquarters were the home of the construction of the Stunticombinaconaformabot. The main building lies in the region of Wreckyavic.
History
From within Prigg's office in the Toxicon Headquarters, the villain prepared to end the Midway Monsters' domination of the league by stealing the head of Coach Brikka and using his tactics to power his robots. Prigg's office contains a multitude of flatscreen televisions that allowed him, Doctor Wizz and K.T. Slayer to watch the Midway Monsters in action. They also observed Coach Brikka's celebration of blowing his head off and Wizz revealed the robots that were to take over the world.
As the Super Bowel XXIV kicked off and Slayer instigated Prigg's plan, the MFL chairman coolly watched the game with a cocktail from the comfort of his armchair. Elsewhere in the headquarters, robots continued to build more robots for his army of dominance over the league. Soon after, the robots were ready, but Wizz doubted Slayer's competence with the arrival of The Razor Kid. The operation moved into Wreckyavic (announcing the start of the Winter Olympics). Slayer managed to inch closer to Toxicon but was felled at the last minute by Bones Jackson. Brikka's head flew out of Slayer's hands and into the waiting Prigg's.
With the head in his possession, Prigg betrayed Slayer and locked him out of Toxicon. The jilted villain teamed up with the Monsters, with Slayer kicking Grim's head into Toxicon's door. Slayer instantly grabbed Brikka's head once more and dodged the auto-guns attempting to shoot him. The Monsters escaped the base before the door could close on them, but Slayer and Brikka remained inside. With the heroes locked out, a giant screen emerged from the snow, with Slayer inviting Jackson to a play-off for all the prizes. Inside, Slayer made a deal with Wizz involving the use of the Stunticombinaconaformabot. Prigg's whereabouts were now unknown.
