Tower Village is a small settlement in the Hill Top Zone. The region is named after Agiatha Witchbrew's home, a large tower in the middle of the residential area. Oddly, the village was still said to be ruled by Doctor Robotnik, as Troopers were still making nightly calls to the residents' houses and capturing them. Sonic the Hedgehog and Tails arrived to discover that Violet Witchbrew had unleashed several of Robotnik's creations on the Zone but had no idea how to reverse the spell. Agiatha eventually returned (after being trapped in her own house) and caused the robots to vanish.
