The Dream Bank is a location in a city belonging to the far-flung future (known by The Eternal Champion as "the end of the world"). Although acting like a traditional "nitespot" serving food and drinks, the establishment is primarily a place where humans are forced to "synchronise" themselves with The Overlord, removing all thought and imagination. When people aren't going crazy inside virtual reality, refreshment is free of charge but the things they call food is objectionable to say the least. The Dream Bank is seemingly manned by just two "female" bartenders but is also protected by a series of powerful robot guards.
At the Eternal Champion's insistence, RAX Coswell and Shadow Yamoto ventured to The Dream Bank to see what the problem was. Upon discovering that humans were slave to a fake world, the heroes immediately began to fight back against their oppressors until Yamoto was captured and placed in a VR helmet. Taken out of the fight, she was soon rescued by RAX and the pair went on to free all humans in the bar and permanently destroy the illusion created by The Dream Bank. All robots were destroyed by the inactivity of the central computer and The Dream Bank was closed for business.
