Rob was a member of The Underground when Mobius was turned into Planet Metallix by the Brotherhood of Metallix. He acted as Doctor Kintobor's assistant. Rob was responsible for catching Sonic the Hedgehog, Porker Lewis and the Chaotix Crew on camera and projecting holograms of them in front of a group of Metallixes, tricking them into waiting underneath a bomb.
It is unknown what Rob is doing in the restored timeline or even if he exists at all.
