Oswald is an owl and a member of the Household Keepers. Trained as a sniper for his brilliant vision, he has been called into action on at least one occasion. When Rouge the Bat infiltrated the Hill Top Zone, Oswald was ordered, bu Dunzi, to incapacitate the terrorist. Unfortunately, the bat's smoke bombs impaired Oswald's vision and the sniper could not get a clear shot in.
Since Dunzi has a track record for sacking people deemed to be incompetent, it is unknown whether or not Oswald is still employed as a Keeper.
