Old Caribbean is a brand of chocolate which Captain Plunder is especially fond of. Naturally, the Captain kept several crates full of it in the hold of his ship. In Shanghaied, Plunder was craving chocolate after a large breakfast and ordered Simpson to fetch him a dozen bars of Old Caribbean. Unfortunately, Plunder had forgotten that he'd locked alchemist Proctor Speckle in the hold the night before, and Speckle had eaten the Captain's entire stock of chocolate by the time Simpson arrived. Naturally, Speckle walked the plank for his crime of eating Plunder's sweets. Any flavours the chocolate has is unknown, though rum is a possibility.
