History
As someone in charge of the affluent Eldorado Zone, Mayor Green was invited to officiate the wedding of Fabian Vane and Ilka Webb. The portly politician stood atop the stairs at the Eldorado Zone Town Hall but cowered on the arrival of bride Webb. He began to hide behind his lectern as Webb impatiently tried to rush the wedding and even sweated profusely when he dared to ask if anyone had a reason to oppose the wedding. Although he watched on as Amy Rose confronted the villainous creation of Doctor Robotnik, Green could not be seen during her rampage.
