Kevin is a pest controller from the Transylvanian Pest Controllers. He knows pumpkins extremely well and is determined to capture them when they go on the rampage.
The pest controller has been called to Castle Frank N. Stein on two occasions (although he wasn't invited the second time). Professor Frank N. Stein acquired his services after ten years of losing his "pumpelkins" at Hallowe'en. After singing his theme song, Kevin was shocked to discover dozens of pumpkins in the attic so rushed off to grab a net. The pumpkins were sent to the pie factory before too long, but Kevin had accidentally caught Head instead of the last pumpkin.
Kevin returned the following Hallowe'en when the homing pumpkins came back to the castle. The professional used a rope to swing through a window and showed the residents the story of the pumpkins' escape in the Transylvanian Times. Kevin devised a plan that involved painting Head to look like an apple, getting him to lure the pumpkins up to the castle roof. There, the others were also dressed as fruit and the pumpkins escaped right into Kevin's truck.
