Usta was a terrestrial world located in the Usta system. It was situated in the Back Reach area of the Gordian Reach sector within the Trans-Hydian portion of the Outer Rim Territories. The hyperlane known as the Feena Run linked it to the Barison and the Cometwash systems. A joint venture between members of the T'sarki species native to the planet Kalishik and the inhabitants of the Arda system oversaw energy mining operations on Usta, which rendered the world pitted and poisoned.[1]
Behind the scenes
Usta was introduced in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square Q-6.[1]
