Targons were a species of giant cats[1] that possessed thick fur, tufted ears, four eyes, and tufted tails.[2] Despite being a predator species, they had low-level empathic abilities. Lina Soh, Chancellor of the Galactic Republic during the High Republic Era, owned two pet targons, Matari and Voru, who accompanied her wherever she went.[1]
