Plan 7 was a tactical code phrase referring to a maneuver that Clone Force 99 would execute in certain situations.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] as the squad attempted to escape Imperial forces on[1] the Mid Rim planet[3] Bracca, they found themselves trapped in the engine of a wrecked Venator-class Star Destroyer. Needing an escape plan, the clone Wrecker suggested Plan 7. When fellow clone Echo responded by stating that Plan 7 was not relevant to their situation, Wrecker prompted Echo to suggest a different strategy. The team soon came up with a new plan, utilizing explosives Wrecker had salvaged from the cruiser's armory to detach the engine from the ship and escape from there.[1]

Behind the scenes

Plan 7 was mentioned in "Reunion,"[1] the eighth episode in the first season of the animated television series Star Wars: The Bad Batch, which aired on June 18, 2021.[4]
