Mummert was a male human who served as an admiral in the Galactic Empire. Early into the Imperial Era, Darth Vader tasked the admiral with deploying starships in the Hortolo system. However, gathering the proper divisions took longer than expected, and the admiral was unable to fulfill his mission within the deadlines.
Mummert reported to Vader on his Venator-class Star Destroyer, where he was telekinetically choked to death by Vader when he reported the news via viewscreen, disturbing the dark lord in his chambers.[2]
Equipment
The Imperial Admiral had a standard gray Imperial uniform with a rank insignia plaque that contained four blue tiles on the bottom row and four red tiles on the top row. Additionally, the officer made use of an Imperial kepi with an officer's disk, as well as a single code cylinder on the uniform's left pouch. The general had fair skin and gray hair.

Mummert was introduced and killed in "No Good Deed...," a mini-comic that was attached to the first issue of the Star Wars: Darth Vader (2017) comic series.[2]

The mini-comic also occurs before the events of Lords of the Sith which Timelines dates to 14 BBY as by that time, Vader's flagship is the Perilous, and not his Venator-class seen in this story. As such, the mini-comic must occur in or between these years.
