Mark Jones (April 22, 1939 - January 14, 2010)[1] played Commander Nemet in The Empire Strikes Back.
He appeared in numerous British productions beginning in 1967; notable roles include the 1974 sex comedy Keep It Up, Jack, a recurring role in a 1976 arc of Doctor Who (alongside Tom Baker) and the 1979 action film Bear Island (with Christopher Lee). His final credited role was in the 1999 science fiction comedy series Red Dwarf, which also featured fellow Star Wars alumni Hugh Quarshie and Don Henderson.
Jones passed away on January 14, 2010.[1]
