Lubo was a Castilon gorg that had brown and green skin and light blue eyes and lived on[2] the planet[3] Castilon.[2] In 34 ABY,[1] the human Kazuda Xiono obtained the gorg aboard the planet's Colossus station and named him Lubo. Xiono intended to gift the gorg to his Kadas'sa'Nikto friend, Neeku Vozo, as a pet in order to comfort the Nikto after Vozo had returned his previous pet,[2] the juvenile rokkna Bibo,[3] to the pet's mother. Within Jarek Yeager's Repair Station, Xiono presented an excited Lubo to Vozo, and the Nikto happily accepted the gorg. However, Vozo mistook the gorg as a meal and promptly ate him. Vozo thanked Xiono and commented on Lubo's deliciousness.[2]

Lubo first appeared in "Bibo,"[2] the twelfth episode of the first season of the animated television series Star Wars Resistance, which aired on January 13, 2019.[4]
