Kelma was a female individual[2] born around 54 BBY[1] who served as the governor of Karlinus.[2] After the Trade Federation blockaded Naboo, she sent an agricultural transport to deliver grain to the planet, but the ship was diverted to Enarc.[4] She helped Padmé Amidala and Sabé relocate several rescued slaves from Tatooine.[2]
