Effney

Effney was a military officer who served the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Prior to the Battle of Jakku, Effney managed a kesium gas rig in the deserts of Jakku. The rig was manned by several slaves, including the New Republic operative Norra Wexley. He later disintegrated the B1-series battle droid Mister Bones in order to humiliate Norra. However, Bones rebooted and repaired himself. After killing the stormtrooper sentries, Bones proceeded to rip Effney from limb to limb as revenge.^[1]
