Collins was an officer in the Galactic Empire who served under Ubrik Adelhard in the Anoat sector. Shortly prior to the Gassing of Anoat, Collins argued with another Imperial officer aboard the bridge of Adelhard's Imperial-class Star Destroyer on strategy. After back and forth, Adelhard, who was standing in front of a cadre of his officers, ordered them to gas the planet.[1]
