Chomm

Chomm was a Weequay male criminal who lived on Tatooine during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire.^[2] In the year 3643 BBY,^[1] he visited the cantina of Tookreek, a lieutenant in the gang of Diago Hixan. Tookreek planned to send Chomm to retrieve a krayt dragon fang that Diago's lieutenants needed to possess to be able to meet with the crime lord.^[2]

However, Chomm attempted to threaten Jedi Knight Nariel Pridence into leaving Tookreek's Cantina, unaware she was a Jedi. Despite Pridence's attempts to defuse the situation, Chomm and his men attacked her and were killed.^[2]

Since the mission and the incident are respectively part of Act I of the Jedi Knight and Republic Trooper's storylines, and the Trooper's Act I occurs concurrent to Act I of the Smuggler storyline, the general events of the Prologue and Act I for all classes can be assumed to occur in 3643 BBY. Since Chomm's death occurs during Act I of the Smuggler Class, it can be inferred it happens in 3643 BBY
