Chal Tozr was the male Bith police officer who worked for the Coruscant Security Force with the rank of detective. He, along with his partner Gwad Raatu, were sent to investigate the death of Jedi Master Tresina Lobi. He later accompanied Jedi Masters Luke and Mara Jade Skywalker in their investigation of Lumiya's apartment .
