Bil was a[1] human[2] stormtrooper who served the Galactic Empire in 2 BBY. They spoke with Terex about their respective plans and future before the latter was taken over by the Mask of Lord Momin. Eventually, Bil was killed by Ellian Zahra on Tarkin's orders.[1]
