Vyus, designated P2Q-463 by the Tau'ri, was a planet in the Milky Way galaxy which contained a Stargate and was home to the Vyans. During the vorlix, the planet's agriculture and industries halted. (SG1: "Past and Present")
When the Dakara superweapon was used to destroy the Replicators, this was one of the planets shown as having their Stargate activate. (SG1: "Reckoning, Part 2")
Behind the scenes
Stargate SG-1: The DVD Collection issue 18 identifies one of the glyphs for this planet as the point of origin for Earth. However, this could not be possible due to the fact that the point of origin only appears on that gate.
