Showtime is a subscription television brand used by a number of channels and platforms around the world, but primarily refers to a group of channels in the United States of America.
Stargate series
Showtime is the television network that originally aired seasons 1 through 5 of Stargate SG-1 until it was canceled in 2002. The series was then, however, picked up by The Sci Fi Channel, which aired the show until 2006 when it was not renewed for an eleventh season.
