Shibo was a Hebridian Captain of the Tritan.
Biography
2003
He participated in the 59th Loop of Kon Garat. However, his key systems failed during the first stage. Warrick Finn advised him to siphon power from his regulators to boost shield strength as drone weapons bombarded his ship, but this was unsuccessful. Though grateful, Shibo had to drop out of the race early. (SG1: "Space Race")
