Background information
Laira had a son named Garan and was married, until her husband died. (SG1: "A Hundred Days")
1999
She later fell in love with Colonel Jack O'Neill when he was stranded on her planet after meteors struck the Stargate. She asked him to give her a child and O'Neill agreed, seemingly believing he would not be going home. However, when SG-1 managed to unbury the Gate, O'Neill returned to Earth. While it was left unconfirmed if Laira had indeed become pregnant, as O'Neill walked away she put her hands on her stomach, indicating she believed she may have been. (SG1: "A Hundred Days")
