History
Colonel Jack O'Neill taught Teal'c to box and the Jaffa became quite proficient and instructed Jonas Quinn. (SG1: "The Fifth Race", "Redemption, Part 1")
While under the influence of the Atanik armbands O'Neill's physical strength and speed increased hugely. He evaded Teal'c's punches with ease, and managed to take Teal'c down with a single punch. (SG1: "Upgrades")
