Void stasis is a psionic power demonstrated by Nerazim dark templar and Tal'darim blood hunters. Using Void energy, the caster can disable a target, freezing it and preventing it from using detection abilities.[1]

Legacy of the Void
Disables the target's attacks, abilities, movement, detection, production and tech for 10 seconds. Units and structures in stasis cannot be attacked or affected by abilities. Can be set to autocast, in which case the unit will only seal enemy detectors.

Co-op Missions
In Co-op Missions, Vorazun's Shadow Guard have the void stasis ability. Vorazun's dark templar can research void stasis at level 6.
Places target unit or structure in stasis for 10 seconds, disabling the unit for the duration of the effect. Units and structures in stasis cannot be attacked or affected by abilities. Can be set to autocast, in which case the unit will only seal enemy detectors.
Can target structures or ground units.
Withering Siphon: Void Stasis affects Heroic units and causes enemy units to lose 20 hit points per second, up to a maximum of 200. This effect cannot kill.
