Stella

Stella is a character in the StarBeam cartoon. Making her debut in the episode Picture Day, Stella is a second grader in Zoey's class. She is StarBeam's biggest fan and calls herself "Stella StarBeam".^{[citation needed]}

History

Stella first appears in Picture Day, where she gets stuck to the ceiling by Miserable Marla's powers causing chaos. As she gets stuck to the ceiling, Stella's braces give her what she describes as a "tingly" feeling. Stella breaks free from the ceiling when StarBeam transfers Marla's electric power to a balloon.

Stella has a cameo appearance in Spaced Out where she is one of the students contacted by Luna Diaz and is horrified when Luna's spaceship is disabled by a meteor storm.

In the episode "Superfan" she tries to help StarBeam, but gets into trouble, especially when the Cosmic Crusher makes his entrance.

In Fishstick Fiasco, Stella is one of the kids whose fishsticks are stolen when Captain Fishbeard and his lizard minion Leonard raid the school for the snacks.

Stella is one of Tricksy's victims during the events of Wonder Wheels, getting her bike switched for a rocket-propelled scooter.

Stella is the host of the StarBeam Shorts, where she makes several recordings with many characters. In Gonzo for Gadgets, she gets a tour of the Beam Control laboratory for Henry's gadgets. In Meeting Marla, she has fun with Miserable Marla. In A Day on the Dolores, she gets abducted by Captain Fishbeard, but manages to escape. In Tricking like Tricksy, she is enraged when Tricksy causes trouble with Greta, so they plan their own trick to get their back.

Personality

Stella is a fan of StarBeam, to the point that in Superfan, she proclaimed herself "Stella Starbeam" and attempted to stop the Cosmic Crusher's antics. In the StarBeam Shorts, she manages to rub the villains the right way and get away, but despite this is incensed when Tricksy causes trouble.

Appearance

Stella has orange hair in two pigtails. She has a blue dress with short white sleeves and striped stockings. Her dress is outfitted with a cape. She has braces and yellow glasses.

• Because she is a huge fan of StarBeam, Stella dresses up as her.
• Due to her wearing glasses all the time, she possibly has some form of sight-related issue.
• Spaced Out is the only episode where Stella appears in a minor role; in most episodes, she is often a victim of the villain (i.e. robbed of fishsticks in Fishstick Fiasco, getting stuck to the ceiling in Picture Day, getting her bicycle switched for Boost's rocket-powered bike) or has a supporting role (i.e. Superfan where she attempts to stop the Cosmic Crusher's antics despite StarBeam's initial protests).
