This weapon is a modified version of the HPSS-1m pistol for use in harsh climates. The virtually foolproof handgun uses 9x19 mm ammo.
― Description

The HPCS-1 is a unique variant of the HPSS-1m that was cut from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky.

Appearance

Based on its description, this weapon was meant to be more reliable than the stock HPSS-1m.

As with all other cut weapon variants of the game, the only remnants of this weapon are its name (st_wpn_hpsa_m1) and description (st_wpn_hpsa_m1_descr) found in the st_items_weapons.xml file.

According to design documents, it was meant to appear somewhere in the Swamps.
