Megamouth is a Maxis-made cell appearing in the Cell Stage at Level 5 as a predator-sized cell. In normal and hard difficulties, it also appears at the end of Level 4 as an epic-sized cell.
It is a large red cell with five jaws, ten eyes, seven spikes, and two flagella.

- Megamouth makes a "Gwah!" noise when attacked as a predator. When hunting, it produces the same hissing sounds that Stabber produces.
- If a Megamouth eats a predator-sized Puffish, it gets sick and vomits to death.Source needed This only works if the Puffish was originally an Epic Cell.
- It resembles Jawhead and/or Chomper due to its many eyes, spikes, and names related to mouths. It is possible that Chomper evolved into Jawhead, who evolved into Megamouth.
- Megamouth is one of only two cells with multiple mouths, the other one being Grubby.
Glitches
- Sometimes, a glitch occurs when a Megamouth is repeatedly biting a dead Maa.
