Tapey[1] is a tapeworm who used to live in SpongeBuck's stomach. He appears in the episode "Pest of the West."
Description
Tapey looks similar to the Earworm, except he has a higher head, is taller, is light purple and violet, and has dark purple stripes. He wears a long sweater and a black hat.
Role in episode
While in the Krusty Kantina, SpongeBuck drinks milk and Tapey's home in SpongeBuck's stomach becomes flooded with it, almost drowning him in milk. Before he gets drowned, Tapey is seen reading a newspaper on a chair with his lamp being on beside him.
Trivia
- In the back of Tapey's home, there was a sign that read "Home Sweet Home."
- He is a parody of an actual tapeworm.
