Roh is a rich camper at Kamp Koral, and is the twin brother of Rea. He first appears in the Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years episode "Tag, You're It," and later makes a cameo appearance in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Upturn Girls."
Description
He is a short light green fish with three large teeth and light blue fins on his head that resemble a crown. He wears a blue shirt with white buttons, a red kerchief, dark blue pants, and white shoes.
After leaving Kamp Koral and growing up, Roh is much taller and wears a white undershirt speckled with blue spots, a dark blue business suit with a red handkerchief in the breast pocket, a red tie, and red socks with white sneakers.

"Upturn Girls"
A poster of him advertising a brand of shoes appears in Upturn's shoe department.
"Kreepaway Kamp"
He is invited along with others to have a reunion at Kamp Koral with a threatening message. Later when he enters his old cabin, he and Rea are both pulled by the mysterious muscular figure (revealed as Elwood) when they sit on the couch, just for them to appear at the Clamphitheater in the end of the episode.

"Tag, You're It"
He appears during the montage of the tagging song, where he and Rea watch Regigille serve food to Missy.
"Cabin of Curiosities"
He is seen sunbathing with Rea when SpongeBob and Patrick approach the twins and Missy, wanting to be friends. Missy assumes that their friendship costs money, and Roh pays the two $2,000. However, SpongeBob states that their friendship is free, shocking the rich campers and causing Roh to quickly fan a sickened Rea.
"Camper Gary"
He, Rea, and Regigille participate in the four-legged race, where the twins are carried by Regigille. As they race, SpongeBob, Sandy, and Gary suddenly ram into them, launching Roh and the others over a sand dune.
"Hot Pearl-tato"
He is seen lounging around in the Yacht cabin with Rea, and he panics when Pearl spits out a bead that ricochets around the room.
"Pat's A Li'l Sinker"
He and Rea are seen synchronized swimming together in Lake Yuckymuck when Larry tells them about the party SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy are having at the bottom of the lake. The twins spread the word to Tall Tail before diving down to the party, and are later seen dancing with Missy. Roh and all the other campers in the lake are then punished by Mrs. Puff for sinking to the bottom.
"My Fair Nobby"
He, the other Yacht cabin campers and a civilized Nobby are in the Yacht cabin listening to Regigille's violin playing when Patrick interrupts and introduces Narlene, who has become civilized. Roh then watches as Nobby reveals that his snooty persona was a prank on Narlene.
"Wise Kraken"
Roh briefly watches the construction of the Komedy Kanteen with Rea.
"The Ho! Ho! Horror!"
Roh's name can be seen on Santa Claus's device when he reads about Kamp Koral, and he can later be seen sharing a present with Rea.
"Are You Afraid of the Dork?"
He is one of the attendees of the scary story telling competition, and gets captured when the Flying Dutchman arrives. After turning Missy into a badge, he frees Roh and Rea, who run away in fright.
"Help Not Wanted"
He and Rea are part of the bored crowd watching the sack races.
"Camp Crossbones"
He and Rea are attacked by Sandy and her pirate crew, who rob them of their badges. He later joins Mr. Krabs' navy crew as a lookout in the crows nest, and then mutinies against him when he has no badges left.
"Boo Light Special"
He and Rea go to the camp's general store to pick up an electric toothbrush they ordered. The Flying Dutchman, who is running the store, secretly transforms the toothbush into a cursed toothbrush and gives it to them. When the Dutchman later checks the Yacht cabin, the toothbrush has tangled the twins in webbing and is forcibly brushing their teeth. Soon after, the twins angrily return the toothbrush.
"Painting with Squidward"
He and Rea enter the annual art competition with a diamond-encrusted angler skull, but Mr. Krabs dislikes it due to knowing who the skull belonged to, before stealing all the diamonds and angering the twins. Roh and Rea later save themselves from Sandy's art-creating machine by throwing their skull into it.
"Helter Shelter"
When SpongeBob defends his rambunctious behavior by showing a picture of Upturn acting the same way as a kid, Roh smugly tells Upturn that SpongeBob has a point. He is later seen playing polo with the rest of his cabin.
"Reveille Revolution"
When Roh is awaken by Squidward's bad clarinet playing, he sticks diamonds in his ears to block out the sound. He is later seen dancing with Rea and being served breakfast after he is woken by the Anchovellie.
"Are You Smarter Than a Smart Cabin?"
Roh attends SpongeBob's party to show off S.A.L.. When S.A.L. goes overboard with keeping the cabin clean, Roh is one of the campers who get shoved in trash bags and thrown out.
"Deep Sea Despot"
While Roh does not appear in the final version of the episode, he is seen in the rough storyboards. When everyone crowds around Squidward and asks him to lead them to fix the camp, Roh is being carried by Regigille.
"Regi-Hilled"
Roh eats pancakes that Regigille serves for breakfast. When SpongeBob visits the cabin, he sees Roh about to place his glass on the table without a coaster, and quickly throws his eyeball so that the drink lands on it. Roh and Rea also visit Narlene's cabin and watch her subsequent toe wrestling match against Upturn.
"The Perfect Camper"
Roh participates in the Kamp Koral Summer Games. Regigille helps him and Rea prepare by stretching their bodies. They play against Roxy in a badminton match, and end up winning.
"Hats Off to Space"
Roh is seen wearing a top hat, which gets abducted by Hatty McDoody.
"Low Falutin'"
In this episode, Rea and Roh go on safari, mocking the various lower-class campers and their activities. They decide to stop by the general store, where they agree to purchase the most expensive item and destroy it. This turns out to be a raft that a poor camper wanted. When they try to buy the raft, their card does not go through, and the camper tells them their parents have lost their money in the stock market. Krabs demotes them to living in a tent by the garbage, and rather than sending them home, makes them stay at camp doing manual labor.
Rea and Roh fail at every job they is given: Roh throws away the dishes Plankton makes him wash because he thinks they can buy new ones, he causes Mrs. Puff's lighthouse to collapse when scraping barnacles off it, and he ends up wrapping Mo in gauze when she visits the nurse's office. They are at their lowest point until SpongeBob reassures them they can still have fun at camp without money by making friends.
Roh and Rea follow SpongeBob to Jelly Meadows, where he teaches them how to be friendly to others. They agree to help him catch his first jellyfish, and after various failed attempts, they finally catch one. Roh begins to wonder if money is not everything in life and if happiness can be found elsewhere. However, the poor camper comes back and announces their parents' stock has gone back up. Roh gives SpongeBob five dollars for his friendship and leaves.
"Krabsy the Klown"
Roh and Rea appear in the audience watching Krabsy's performance.
"Who's Complaining?"
When the Pontoon cabin is blown away by a giant fan, Roh is one of the members who parachutes back down to safety.
"Patrick's Star"
Roh appears with Rea and Upturn as they prepare for Regigilled to make them food. When Patrick comes by with Gunther, they take interest in him and attempt to buy him off. Gunther eats all the gold they offer, and Roh and the others get covered in the gold dust from his fart.
"End of Summer Daze"
Roh, along with Rea and Upturn, order Regigilled to carry their many belongings to the bus back home from camp.
