Synopsis
The episode opens with SpongeBob working out on his exercise equipment. SpongeBob decides to push his normal weight-lifting to the limit by adding two more plush toys to the barbell. However, SpongeBob is unable to lift it, and he ends up getting pinned underneath the barbell. SpongeBob tries to find something to help get him up (a saw, a fire extinguisher, a crowbar, and a mousetrap), but he decides none of the items will work. He calls Gary to get him to help, but Gary falls asleep on SpongeBob. SpongeBob then decides to write a letter for help (with his feet, since his arms are pinned under the barbell), and puts it in a bottle. He attempts to throw it out of the window, but it knocks out a bottle of Kelpo, which hits Squidward in the head. Squidward calls the police to deal with the "assault." SpongeBob, hears the sirens and thinks that he's saved. Unfortunately, the police, having dealt with Squidward previous times, decide to duck and pass by.

SpongeBob tries to knock the letter out of the window, but he ends up throwing the items out instead. He tries to use Gary to knock the letter out, but Gary just lands in the window, stuck (and still asleep). Suddenly, SpongeBob's phone rings, and he realizes he can call for help. He tells the caller that he's stuck under his weights in his home gym, but he inadvertently guessed the name of the song of the day of a radio show. SpongeBob tries calling random numbers, but each person can't help (Larry, ironically is stuck in the same position as SpongeBob, Old Man Walker thinks his shoe is a phone, and Slappy thinks that SpongeBob's situation is thrilling). A bit weirded out after his last call, SpongeBob hangs up, and ends up destroying his phone.

Many hours later, SpongeBob is still stuck under his weights, and he begins to hallucinate the stuffed animals mocking him. Meanwhile, Patrick has come to SpongeBob's house, and SpongeBob tries to call him upstairs, but his voice is too quiet for Patrick to hear. Patrick brings in some pirates, saying that it's a surprise party for SpongeBob. Two people decide to go upstairs to explore, but the head pirate tells him to get back into the designated party area, leaving SpongeBob again disappointed. SpongeBob realizes that nobody can hear his voice, but he decides to stomp instead.
The partygoers think that it's a dance beat, and they sing and dance to "Sweet Neptune, Help Me! I'm Pinned Under Weights In My Home Gym!", the song that SpongeBob inadvertently guessed on the phone earlier. The partygoers' dancing causes SpongeBob to fall through the floor, crushing the pirates and Patrick and still pinned under his weights.
Later, at the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob has made it to work, almost late, still pinned under his weights, and Mr. Krabs tells him to get back to work, not interested in his story.
