She is an orange fish with yellow hair, pink lipstick and a Russian accent. She wears a blue shirt and blue pants with an orange belt along with black boots.
Role in episode
Lipp Cervas is one of the colleagues in Condo Island, and she is on the second floor of the Four Floors of Fear building. When Sandy reaches Lipp Cervas, Sandy easily uses an advanced hair dryer on her lips, drying them out and thus badly chapping them. She tries to use lip balm to fix them, but ends up shattering them into a big pile of little pieces,

She serves as the second boss of the game, using her lips as a shield, and trying to bite SpongeBob.
