Swarmec (ドカユラーラ Dokayurāra) are Corona property variations of Swar.They are found on Akaboshi and Aoboshi, Ziba's moons, in both games.
Appearance
Swarmec appear as bulky, rusted-looking Swar, who have integrated machinery into their bodies. Their right arm is always half-raised, and contorts malleably when it plants bombs. It is likely the machinery they absorbed was old mining equipment left behind on the moons, explaining their bombs.
Attacks
Swarmec attack by planting an aforementioned bomb, in front of Rallen and his partner Spectrobes. The bombs appear as a cartoon-style, rounded black object with a white wick, (though in Beyond the Portals the bombs appear as a rounded orb of the black and rusty orange slime making up their bodies with a lit wick that audibly fizzles for a few seconds before they explode). Despite having a wick as part of their design, these bombs planted by Swarmec only detonate if they are walked on in the first Spectrobes game. They aren't remotely detonated by Swarmec, and if left undetonated too long the bombs will disappear, (though the bombs will remotely detonate after a short time in Beyond the Portals, creating a small shockwave that damages any Spectrobes caught in it).
Strategy
Swarmec are best dispatched by continuously attacking them. This pressure will stop them from being able to plant bombs at all, and make them really simple to beat. If they do manage to plant a bomb, you can either wait for it to disappear or remember where it is and avoid it, while attacking Swarmec.
