Apollo Sword (アポロンソード?) is one of Sophitia's weapons in Soul Blade. It is probably by far her best weapon, aside from her ultimate weapon, Valkyrie. It also regenerates health, a trait not usually found in powerful weapons. The sword is long and sharp at the top, and the lower part of the blade curves inward to a bow-like hilt. The shield is rectangular and long, and overall the weapon has excellent stats.
It is unlocked by completing Episode 8 of Sophitia's Edge Master mode. Hephaestus tells Sophitia of a young man with a deep attachment to Soul Edge at Ostrheinsburg Castle. Despite the young man's resistance, she was able to save him. As a reward, she receives the Apollo Sword, a weapon that grants protection from the sun god.
