The Gift is the tenth episode of the second series of Sooty & Co.
Plot
Sooty, Sweep, Soo and Little Cousin Scampi are really happy when a parcel arrives from Auntie Maud with a present for each of them inside, but they aren't happy when Matthew tells them they each have to write heSoo reads Matthew her poem, but he falls asleep. Little Cousin Scampi goes to post everyone's thank you letters for Aunt Maud and also takes a brown envelope for Mr Sanford at the pet shop, but forgets which letter he had to post and puts the wrong letter in the postbox and ends up getting trapped inside. Sooty goes to look for him and finds the letter for Aunt Maud beside the postbox and takes it home to show Matthew. Little Cousin Scampi ends up being taken in the postman's sack and later on he arrives back at Sooty & Co in a parcel. Matthew, Mo, Sooty and Sweep are really happy hes back again and Matthew and Mo throw him a party and sing "Rock, Rock, Rock Everybody and Roll, Roll, Roll". Little Cousin Scampi is still really excited afterwards and can't sleep so Soo reads him, Matthew, Sooty and Sweep a few verses of her latest sonnet, but they all fall asleep.r thank you letters. Sooty draws a picture of Sweep and Sweep draws a funny picture of Matthew, which looks more like a bowl of fruit. Sooty and Sweep then hear Soo's poem, but get bored. Little Cousin Scampi makes a design on his card with dried flowers, but he uses too much glue.
