Paul Zerdin (born in 1972) is a well-known ventriloquist and comedian in the UK. He is best known for a boy character named 'Sam'. He appeared in the Sooty & Co. episodes Tidy Box and Think Big as Matthew's mischievous cousin, Paul.
In 2019, he with Sam and Joe Pasquale took on Debbie McGee and Richard Cadell with Sooty in a "Children in Need" special of "Bargain Hunt". Later that year, he (with Sam) was a contestant on the Christmas special of "Pointless Celebrities" with Sooty, Richard Cadell, Debbie McGee and Faye Tozer.
