The Stork Couple are characters that appear in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. They are a pair of married anthropomorphic storks that want to adopt a child.
History
When Sonic was trying to find Tails a safe place to live, he took him to the stork couple so he could stay with them, but found out they were far from safe and they always made mistakes. They were very clumsy; for example, they both set their house on fire and flooded it within the space of a few minutes. This caused their goldfish to swim away.[1]
The husband was also one of the Mobians that were kidnapped by the evil huntress Katella.[2] Additionally, he was present in Tranquil Gulch when Sheriff Sonic took on the Despicable Desperados.[3]
Trivia
- Both storks bear a heavy resemblance to Scratch.
- The husband is voiced by Ian James Corlett.
