Simon Thomley, professionally known as Stealth, is an independent game developer and programmer. He created his own company called Headcannon and has developed games for the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

- In 2007, following the negative reception towards Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis, he created a proof of concept titled Sonic the Hedgehog GBA, which includes Green Hill Zone and part of Labyrinth Zone and the ability to play as Tails and Knuckles, to show how much Sega dropped the ball on Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis.[citation needed]
