Sega Store

Sega Store (セガストア, Sega sutoa^?) is a Japanese digital E-commerce storefront for merchandise relating to the IP owned by Sega. The website was published in 2008 with the intention of replacing their old storefront, Sega Direct. The website is currently being managed by Enterbrain. It is the main shop for buying Sega-related items in Japan.

The website currently features over three-hundred Sonic the Hedgehog related merchandise ranging from video games, books, CD's, home video, clothing, drinkware, etc.. Most of these products being categorized into over sixteen different collections based on different events, or promotional campaigns being related to the Sega brand.

On June 7th 2024, the main domain of the website, Ebiten, underwent a cyberattack. This forced the website to temporarily suspend, the corporation owning the website, KADOKAWA, will investigate the situation and make an announcement on their website later once the situation is confirmed.^[1] On June 17th 2024, Ebiten opened up a temporary website known as "Ebiten Evacuation Shelter" through the domain of "Chara-ani.com". This website lacked most of the items on the Sega Store.

The website later returned nearly 3 months later in 25 September 2024 with a line of new products but the Evacuation Shelter website was not discontinued still continues alongside the main website.
