Mr. Perriwinkle^[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. He is a mobian echidna history teacher from Light Mobius.

Description

His classroom seems to consist entirely of teenage echidnas, such as Lara-Su, Riki-Le, Jaker, and Rutan.^[1]
