One Ok Rock

One Ok Rock, (ワンオクロック[1] Wan Oku Rokku?) stylized as ONE OK ROCK, is a Japanese rock band, that has produced music for the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

History

The band was formed in Tokyo, Japan in 2005 and currently consists of vocalist Takahiro Moriuchi, guitarist Toru Yamashita, drummer Tomoya Kanki and bassist Riota Kohama.[2][1]

On 6 September 2022, One Ok Rock released "Vandalize", the ending theme for Sonic Frontiers, as part of their new album, Luxury Disease.[3][4][5] There are three versions of "Vandalize"; the English version of the track; the Japanese version; and the clean Frontiers version which is used in the game.

On 11 December 2024, the Japanese Sonic social media platforms announced that another song from One Ok Rock's Luxury Disease album, "Neon", would be used to promote the Japanese release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3[6]. Tyson Hesse later confirmed it would be in the international release.
