Elfred is an elf who appears in the Sofia the First episode "Sofia in Elvenmoor". He is voiced by Chris Edgarly.

Personality
Unlike Elfonso, Elfred is very serious and responsible as shown when he tells Elfonso "This is no time for games." This makes him the first to raise an alarm when something bad is happening.
History
Elfred first appeared when he exits the silver tree that serves as the portal to Elvenmoor. Once there, he overhears a conversation between King Roland Duncan and Herb about cutting down the silver tree. He is horrified because if the tree is cut down the door to Elvenmoor will be closed forever, unaware that Whatnaught overhears him making this revelation. He goes back to get help to stop them. Once back in Elvenmoor, he is shocked to see a human girl there. He learns that the human girl is Roland's daughter Princess Sofia. He warns her of what about to happen and she agrees to stop her father. He tells her to go down the green path stating "Remember Sofia stay on the path."
